AMediafy is an e-commerce platform that sells exclusively digital products in the form of customizable templates, including social media and business stationery templates.

2. Eligibility

Our templates are available for purchase to anyone, regardless of age, location, or occupation.

3. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed through a third-party provider, Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to pay the full price as indicated on the website. Prices are inclusive of UAE VAT, which is fixed at the UAE’s current rate, regardless of the user's location.

4. Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a product has been purchased and downloaded, no refunds, exchanges, or returns are possible.

5. Digital Product Delivery

Upon successful payment, the purchased templates will be available for instant download. The download link is valid for 24 hours after the first download. It is the customer's responsibility to download the product within this time frame.

6. License and Usage Rights

When you purchase a template from AMediafy, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates for your personal or business purposes. You may customize the template to your liking, including removing AMediafy's trademark and adding your own.

However, the following actions are prohibited:

• Sharing the templates with individuals or entities outside your internal team.

• Claiming ownership or authorship of the templates.

• Reselling or distributing the templates, even if minor modifications (e.g., changes to fonts, colors, or layout) have been made.

• Using the templates to create products for resale. Full customization is encouraged, but only for personal or business use.

7. Modifications to Products

AMediafy reserves the right to modify or discontinue any products after purchase. In the event of any such modification, customers will be informed, and changes will not affect the templates already purchased.

8. Changes to Terms

AMediafy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. If changes are made, you will be informed and required to re-accept the updated terms upon your next interaction with the website or purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

AMediafy provides templates on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees or warranties regarding their functionality, fitness for a specific purpose, or merchantability. AMediafy will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to financial loss, data loss, or technical issues.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of AMediafy's products will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with UAE law, and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
